Service Agreement

By scheduling a repair appointment with Denver Wolf Repair, you agree to provide accurate information about your appliance issue and location, and to have a responsible adult present during the scheduled service window.

Independent Service Provider

Denver Wolf Repair is an independently operated appliance service company. We have no affiliation, authorization, or endorsement from Wolf Appliance, Inc., Sub-Zero Group, Inc., or any other appliance manufacturer. All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product names mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used here exclusively for descriptive purposes. Our technicians service all listed brands using OEM-standard and factory-grade replacement parts.

Pricing and Payment

A diagnostic fee is charged for each service visit. This fee is applied toward the total repair cost if you choose to proceed with the repair. All pricing is quoted upfront after diagnosis — we do not perform unauthorized work or add surprise charges.

Parts and Warranty

We use OEM-standard and factory-grade replacement parts. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and component type. Your technician will explain applicable warranty coverage before performing any repair.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 4 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other customers in need of repair service.

Limitation of Liability

Denver Wolf Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the specific repair service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing appliance conditions, damage from prior unauthorized repairs, or issues unrelated to our service.
